c. The Holy Spirit helped them understand God ‘s Word
2. STIRRED TO EXPERIENCE THE JOY OF GOD (VV9-12)
a. The joy of forgiveness

3. STIRRED TO OBEY THE COMMAND OF GOD (VV13-18)

Can one person really make a difference in the world? Can one prayer really change a nation? If Nehemiah is anything to go by the answer is: YES! Often our hearts are so hard and desensitised to the needs around us. As a result often our prayer lives lack consistency passion depth and an earnest cry for God to intervene. Our country desperately needs your prayers. Nehemiah is going to challenge us to answer this question: How do you get a God-sized burden for a God-sized task!
