Paul was passionate about the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. False teachers have messed with the minds of the early Christians in the Roman province of Galatia convincing them that in addition to Christ they need to keep certain rules regulations and Jewish laws in order to be properly saved. In this passage Paul puts his life on the line to help the converts in the Galatia churches to see that they can be free of all such requirements by simply sticking to the Gospel message he originally proclaimed to them.

Anger is a normal human emotion we all experience it in some form on a regular basis. The challenge or problem is that what follows the emotion of anger can be hurtful and sinful causing damage to ourselves our relationship with God and others around us. In this message we learn from both the Book of Proverbs and some other Scriptures to identify sinful anger and respond in a way that will be in harmony with our Christian beliefs.

Working hard or being diligent is part of God ‘s design for us. It impacts every aspect of life including the jobs we have relationships we are in and the way we serve God. It is therefore no wonder that the Book of Proverbs has much to say about people who are lazy usually referred to as sluggards. Lessons from Proverbs challenge us to take another look at how we approach life in general.
