Paul was passionate about the true Gospel of Jesus Christ. False teachers have messed with the minds of the early Christians in the Roman province of Galatia convincing them that in addition to Christ they need to keep certain rules regulations and Jewish laws in order to be properly saved. In this passage Paul puts his life on the line to help the converts in the Galatia churches to see that they can be free of all such requirements by simply sticking to the Gospel message he originally proclaimed to them.
We serve a God who communicates. He speaks to us via creation (general revelation) and the Bible (specific revelation). Psalm 19 is a great summary of David ‘s reflection on both of these forms of revelation. This message focuses on the latter (Ps 19:7-14) reflecting the character value and impact of the Word of God. The zeal of the LORD Almighty will accomplish this. – Isaiah 9:6-7

The sluggard craves and gets nothing but the desires of the diligent are fully satisfied (Proverbs 13:4)
Working hard or being diligent is part of God ‘s design for us. It impacts every aspect of life including the jobs we have relationships we are in and the way we serve God. It is therefore no wonder that the Book of Proverbs has much to say about people who are lazy usually referred to as sluggards. Lessons from Proverbs challenge us to take another look at how we approach life in general.
