We are challenged to focus on the One riding the donkey even when He is riding to His death on the cross. True worship is to continue to focus on Jesus despite our disappointments and challenges.

The moment blind Bartimaeus heard that Jesus was passing by he began to cry out for mercy. People only call for mercy when they are desperate. his only hope was Jesus. Bartimaeus had no value in the eyes of the people around him – so that told him to be quiet but out of desperation he cried out all the more.In the midst of a large crowd Jesus heard his voice stopped for him and call him to come. God has stopped for you and called you to come to him. (Mark 10:46-52)
