1. GOD ‘S GOOD LAW (VV7-13)
a. It reveals sin (v7)
b. It provokes sin (v8)

2. THE BELIEVER ‘S DESPERATE STRUGGLE (VV14-23)
a. The believer wants to go God ‘s way from the heart
b. The believer has indwelling sin which resists this desire fiercely
