Galatians 2:21- The fact that Christ had to die to save us means that we are utterly incapable of saving ourselves. Christmas is not merely about Jesus coming into the world as a baby Christmas is about Jesus coming into the world as a saviour! And he saves us by dying for us- the ultimate reason for his birth. Christmas cannot be celebrated in isolation- we must celebrate Christmas in the light of Easter.
