Insights on moving lost people to the right (Acts 8:26-38)
1. CONTACT
a. Be aware that God may already be at work in the lives of the people we contact (vv27-28)
b. Be alert to the guidance of the Holy Spirit (vv26 29)
c. Be obedient even if that takes you out of your comfort zone (vv26-27 29-30)
d. Be observant for clues to open the conversation and turn it toward the gospel (vv30-31)
2. CONVERSATION
a. Show interest (v30)
b. Ask questions (vv27 30)
c. Listen (vv30-34)
d. Take opportunities to share the gospel (vv35-36)
3. CALL
a. As you share the gospel expect God to make his appeal through you (v35)
b. Be aware that God may be at work in the person ‘s life in ways you do not immediately see (v36)
c. When they come to faith in Jesus keep moving them to the right (vv36 38)
